I have found some notable matcha recipes today and need to share them with you.
* Chocolate and matcha tea cakes (looks more like muffins than cakes)
* White chocolate and matcha marbled cake
* Matcha eclairs
And I made a matcha cocoa the other day and I must say it was very, very nice.
