I am a sucker for anything with mascarpone! This looks great. And to answer your question about whether or not the pb mocha muffins taste like coffee, not a ton. A very slight hint of it. If you want more coffee, add some instant powder, YUM!

Master Chef sounds kind of like Top Chef but with cooler competitions! I wish we got it here in the US.

This cake looks delicious! I’m a raspberry and mascarpone fan as well.
