My Australian friends, I have the most exciting news that I have ever had in my life – Biscoff spread is now officially in Australia! 6 years ago, I posted a very short list of the very few places you could find Biscoff here, and I have been, in the past 7 years, emailing and calling various other places to get this to happen on a larger scale.
One of my friends texted me last week to tell me she had found Biscoff spread at Coles. I was certainly speechless and thought it was just a fluke; surely it wouldn’t be at my own local Coles. But, lo and behold, as I casually walked past the spreads section a couple days later, not expecting to find it at all, THERE IT WAS – smooth AND crunchy! On the very bottom shelf. Anyone could have easily missed it.
My friends, Biscoff spread is finally here at Coles and Woolworths for only $5.50 and now I cannot think of anything else. In celebration of this momentous event, I am updating my blog just to bring you a list of things you can do with Biscoff!
And just a quick fyi – Biscoff spread is nut-free and vegan!
Enjoy!

If you don’t feel like baking, you can always just stir Biscoff spread through oatmeal, use it as an ice cream topping, use it as cake or cupcake or brownie frosting straight from the jar, drizzle it on pancakes, use it to sandwich two cookies together, dip apple slices into it, dollop it onto slices of bananas… and I promise I won’t tell if you just eat it straight from the jar with a spoon in a dark kitchen while everyone else is asleep!
Still having trouble getting creative with your new jar of Biscoff? Have a look through this Biscoff Cookie & Spread Cookbook for inspiration.
So tell me… what will YOU do with your new jar of Biscoff? And did you get smooth or crunchy?

Yay! Thank you so much for including my Biscoff Overnight Oats! 😀
My pleasure! They look delicious; I haven’t made them yet, but they are on my list of Biscoff recipes to make! ☺️
