Watermelon Milkshakes

A fresh and delicious drink to beat the dog days of summer!

  • 3 cups cubed, frozen watermelon
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, to taste (you may not need any if your watermelon is nice and sweet)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
To freeze the watermelon, place cubes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and freeze for 1 hour for a thin consistency milkshake, or up to 2 hours for a thicker consistency. Prep time does include freezing time.
