No-Bake Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough Bites

A healthier cookie dough bites recipe that requires no fancy ingredients, just a few pantry staples!

Serves: 24 bites
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup oats
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or chunks
  1. Grind cashews and oats into a fine flour using a food processor.
  2. Add honey and maple syrup, adding more as needed until the dough forms into a ball in your processor. Mix in chocolate chips/chunks with your hands, reserving a few to stick to the outside of the bites.
  3. Roll dough into bite sized balls.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
To make these gluten-free, use GF oats and chocolate. To make these dairy-free, use DF chocolate.
